Delivery from Latem Homes

Modern prefabricated structures are a practical and efficient solution for quickly building residential housing, particularly in Germany, where quality, precision, and environmental friendliness are top priorities. The installation process of such homes includes several key stages that ensure a swift handover with minimal time and resource investment.

Delivery of components to the site

The primary building components are delivered to the construction site fully pre-assembled. This means that essential elements such as walls, windows, doors, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical wiring, and technical systems are already installed at the factory. This approach significantly reduces the time required for on-site construction.

Foundation preparation

Before delivering the components, the construction site must be properly prepared. In Germany, the following types of foundations are typically used:

  • Pile foundation,
  • Slab foundation,
  • Strip foundation.
    The choice of foundation depends on the soil conditions, climate, and building design. Preparatory work includes leveling the site, creating supporting structures, and installing technical connections (water, sewage, electricity).

Assembly of components

Once the foundation is ready, the building elements are transported to the site using specialized trucks and assembled with lifting equipment, such as cranes. The assembly process is quick and typically takes between 2 to 5 days, depending on the project’s size and complexity. Each building component is precisely positioned and securely connected to ensure the structure’s stability and durability.

Connection to utilities

After assembly, the house is connected to the main utility systems:

  • Water supply – connection to the central water network or a local source;
  • Sewage system – integration into the central sewer system or installation of an independent solution;
  • Electricity supply – safe connection to the grid in compliance with German safety standards.

Special emphasis is placed on meeting building regulations, energy efficiency standards, and environmental guidelines in Germany.

Final works and inspection

Following the assembly and utility connections, finishing tasks are carried out. These include testing all technical systems, checking connections for leaks, installing additional elements (e.g., terraces, steps), and conducting a final inspection with the client.

Thanks to a high degree of prefabrication and modern construction technologies, the entire process takes minimal time, allowing residents to move into their new home quickly and efficiently.
