The vacation or residential house is assembled from the elements discussed with the customer and delivered ready-made, the price includes:

• Finishing the interior walls with plasterboard.
• Vinyl flooring.
• Fully fitted bathroom with toilet, sink, faucet, mechanical extractor hood, hot water tank and shower tray.
• Triple glazing, doors, infrared underfloor heating,.
• Water boiler, water and electricity pipes, pandium ventilation.
• Sockets, LED lighting.
• 100% electric.
• Ready for connection to the electricity grid.
• Partially also possible with gas.

The price of the module includes / does not include

• Included delivery in any location in Germany and Netherlands
• Not included: Kitchen, wheels, placement and foundation, water and electricity connection.
• “Placement” means the unloading of the module from the vehicles used, regardless of whether it is directly at the actual location of the house or not.
